Tree Planting Exercise at Nachu Police Station

Heeding the President's call and playing our part towards planting and growing 15 billion trees between 2022- 2032.

Kimani Ichung'wah and the constituency office team joined the Kikuyu Sub-county police and National Government Administration fraternity led by DCC Charles Laboso and SCPC Ronald Kirui, and the resients of Gatune for a tree planting exercise at Nachu Police Station.

The initiative was sponsored by the Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) whose team led by the acting chief manager corporate services, Ms. Nelly Muluka participated in the exercise. We highly appreciate KFCB for providing the 2000 seedlings that were planted during the exercise.

Also present for the exercise were Kiambu Senator Karungo Thang'wa, Kenya Dairy Board director, Ms. Mercy Wairimu, Kikuyu Sub-county TSC director, Ms. Catherine Lenairoshi and Karai Ward MCA, Samuel Njoroge.
