Kikuyu Constituency
Kikuyu is one of the 290 constituencies in Kenya and one of the 12 constituencies in Kiambu county. The constituency is situated 20 kilometers from Nairobi Central Business District. It Borders Kabete and Limuru constituencies in Kiambu County and Westlands and Dagoretti constituencies in Nairobi County. The constituency covers an area of about 12.10 square kilometers, with five wards being Kinoo, Kikuyu, Sigona, Karai and Nachu.
Kikuyu is home to the famous Ondiri swamp that measures about 46.8 Ha and is a major source of Nairobi River.
