Construction of Kinoo Towns Roads-Lot 1, Kinoo Ward
Later in the afternoon, Kimani Ichung'wah launched the construction of Kinoo town roads-lot 1. The town's strategic location and proximity to the Nairobi CBD has engendered it's exponential growth as a business hub. It has also experienced a rapid surge in residential real estate developments due to it's convenient accessibility by residents who work in Nairobi and its environs.
Construction of the roads in and around the town will enhance access to business premises, schools and residential premises. The project also comprises drainage works to solve the issue of flooding that affects the town during the rainy seasons.
