Bursary Vetting for Year 2018

From 7th to 14th March 2018 we held vetting for bursary applicants at various vetting centres across all wards. Food Security

Yesterday Morning (9th Feb 2017)in an effort to alleviate the suffering of the people in Nachu ward, we distributed relief food at lusigetti , Kamangu , Mbomboini and Gatune. As part of the ongoing efforts to enhance food security, this Friday we shall commission works on the construction of a water pan dam to enhance a smallholder irrigation scheme at Kanyanjara.

Bursary Beneficiaries Year 2016

Last Friday 11th March 2016, CDF  awarded the 2016 Bursaries to 4,457 beneficiaries amounting to Kshs 17.5 Million for the January and February 2016 applicants from form one to University students and including special schools children who benefitted from Ksh500,000/=.A further Kshs 1 (ONE) Million has been set aside for support to youth who are in driving schools for both driving licences and Bodaboda riders.
