A prominent Vocational Institution in Nachu Ward Kikuyu constituency. The Institution offers various courses that require practical classes. The school therefore required a workshop for the learning of the technical courses where the students can carry out various experiments and practice the theories they learn in the classes. Muhu Secondary School- Kitchen

Due to the growing intake of student in Muhu Secondary School there was a dire need of a bigger kitchen to cater for lunch and tea for students. This project was fully funded by the CDF and was allocated KSH 2,000,000 in the financial year 2012/2013. Muhu kitchen is now complete and in use.  

Nduma Primary School-Toilet

  Financial year 2013/2014 KES 1,000,000 was allocated to go into the school’s emergency kitty for toilets.Picture one above shows the earlier state of toilets in Nduma Primary School.The second picture shows the newly constructed modern Sanitary block fully funded by CDF. Nduma Primary school has been allocated KES 1,000,000 in the financial year 2014/2015 for rehabilitation of classrooms.  

Mama Ngina Primary School

Mama Ngina Primary Sch is located in Kinoo ward  and has approximately 1200 pupils. The public works officers condemned a block of six classrooms. The CDF established a need to replace the condemned building and thus allocated KES 3,500,000 to facilitate construction of another block. Phase one is already complete and in use.
