In the financial year 2016/2017, Kshs. 2,500,000 was allocated for construction of 4 AP Quarters (Laying foundation, walling,roofing and plastering) and construction of pit latrine toilets.
In the financial Year 2015/2016 Kshs. 2,000,000 was allocated for construction of two new classrooms. The work is complete.
In the financial year 2015/2016 budget Kamangu Primary School was allocated Kshs. 2,000,000 for classrooms renovation i.e plastering, painting and fixing doors and windows.
In the financial year 2015/2016 Kshs. 3,500,000 was allocated to the school for the renovation of 12 classrooms and the administration block(Fixing the huge cracks caused by earth tremor, flooring, plastering, putting varendahs, painting, fixing doors & windows). The work is on going
In the financial year 2015/2016 Njumbi primary school was allocated Kshs 4,400,000 for construction of four classrooms (laying foundation, walling , plastering and roofing) and renovation of ten classrooms and a library (Flooring, plastering, fixing doors and windows, guttering and construction of verandah). Kshs 400,000 for purchase of 100 lockers and chairs. The face of this schools has totally changed compared to how it looked before.

The balance of KES 1,600,000 after constructing two modern classrooms during the financial year 2013/2014 went into construction of the administration block and in the financial year 2014/2015 KES 2,000,000 was allocated for the construction of a modern laboratory.
The above road is located in Renguti village in Nachu ward. The road was impassable before due to poor drainage. Renovations to improve the road have been fully funded by Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) during the financial year 2014/2015 under the patronage of Hon. Kimani Ichungwah.
Renguti primary is located in Nachu Ward with a population of about 300 students. The existing toilet block was labeled dangerous for use since it was sinking thus it was condemned, therefore a need for another toilet block arose and the CDF allocated KES 1,000,000 in the financial year 2014/2015 towards this project. The toilet block is complete and in use.
